Management Policy and Organizational Structure
Vista Housing for Seniors is a Management Body under the Alberta Housing Act with 16 properties in Edmonton – total of 775 apartments. We provide affordable apartment living options for senior citizens who are able to live independently in an apartment setting (under the Subsidized Housing Accommodations Regulations).
Our Mission is the cornerstone of our organization and our Board of Directors and staffing team are our most integral asset. Whether directly or indirectly, they are vital to Vista Housing for Seniors ability to achieve its vision for the future. Every day we rely on their dedication, commitment and expertise to provide our tenants with the most basic of human needs, a quality living environment and a place to call their home.
